Before making a purchase, we encourage you to read through the following policies and procedures:
1. Please first email customer service at support@7or9.com with needed information.
2. Our support team will reach out to you with instructions after we receive your return request.
3. Please put your item(s) back into their original packaging and then place the package inside the return package.
4. Drop off the package to an your nearest shipping station.
5. We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive it.
General Returns&Exchanges Policy for US/Canada
We want you to love your 7or9 purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and if the item is eligible for return, please promptly return it within 30 days.
- Note: You may choose your own shipping carrier to return the order to us, please let us know via email to support@7or9.com with your order number and tracking number, and we will provide the return address after we approve your return request. (Please note that without tracking information we may not be able to process your refund in time.) We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
Refund
PayPal refunds: 3 business days.
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.
Exchange
Exchange items are shipped within 3 business days when the returned item is in the warehouse. Please note we cannot guarantee inventory for exchange items until the corresponding return is sent back. In order to minimize the chance of your exchange item selling out prior to shipment, we recommend returning the item as quickly as possible.
For other region orders
7or9 ensures that all items undergo a quality check before being sent out to our customers. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges outside the US/Canada.
Postage:
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please send us an email attached with a clear photo of the item so that we can verify the issue. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Note: We do not accept returned items that have not been processed and submitted first.
